VIMEC - 3 Valve Manifold
APPLICATIONS
The VMC-320 type is made from bar-stock, direct mounting with No.02 isolate valves and No.01 equalize valve; all the three valves are angled constructed for fast and easy operation.
The VMC-320 is directly flanged to differential pressure transmitter; flanged standard instrument size connections are 2.1/8" (54 mm) center to center distance and standard process connections are 1/2" NPT-F threaded.
This model offers the advantage to be mounted in reduced space and the raking by-pass valve gives an easy operability.
Process connections are available 1/4" and 1/2" screwed, socket weld or butt welded on request.
The VMC-320 also has No.02 screwed and plugged 1/4" NPT-F drain ports.
Suitable for pressure up 420 bar can be fitted with optional stem packing P.T.F.E. or Graphoil for high temperature.

- Made in AISI 316L, Carbon Steel, Monel and on request
- Available in standard rating 6.000 and 10.000 PSI
- Working pressure p to 700 bar
- Flanged type is supplied with 7/16" UNF galvinised carbon steel bolts and P.T.F.E. O-ring
TECHNICAL FEATURES
It is standard made in AISI 316L, Carbon Steel and MONEL 400; all other kind of materials like DUPLEX F.51, F.53, F.55, HASTELLOY C.276, etc., on request. Available standard rating 6.000 PSI and 10.000 PSI for working pressure up to 720 bar.
